Ductility is a solid material's ability to deform under tensile stress. Ductile metals include mild steel, copper etc . Its make cup and cone shape during tensile stress.
Malleability is a similar property, is a material's ability to deform under compressive stress.
Brittle materials absorb relatively little energy before fracture. Cast iron is a typical brittle metal.
