R u know?

What is meant by yield stress & yield strength?

The material can withstand force upto a certain point and the break . that point is yield stress.

The yield strength is defined as the stress at which a predetermined amount of permanent deformation occurs.

Use of  Pressure cooker?

The Pressure Cooker is fully close modal so increase pressure in cooker by corresponding temperature. The higher temperature causes the food to cook faster; cooking times can typically be reduced to 1/3 of the time for conventional cooking methods.

how much pressure is maintain in cooker?

Most pressure cookers have a working pressure setting of 15 psi, which equates to 103 kPa, 1.03 bar. Some pressure cookers have a lower maximum pressure than the industry standard 15 psi, or can be adjusted to different maximum pressures; cooking times will increase or decrease accordingly.
